Application developer(s) for Equity Team in Tianjin

This is a permanent position based in Tianjin, China.

Candidates with strong inter-personal skills, application delivery with strong technical skills in VC++ and Oracle

Responsibilities

• Assist Business Analysts and Software Architects to convert business requirements into system solutions
• Develop and unit test the server-side components and reports
• Assist with System Testing and User Acceptance Testing
• Continually enhance the delivery of services to the Equity Derivatives businesses through the ongoing analysis of the business requirements related to technology

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experiences developing server-side components or DLLs for multithreaded applications
• Strong hands on experience in VC++, .NET architecture, Oracle PL/SQL and MS Windows
• Good fundamentals on data structures, re-factoring.
• Knowledge or strong interest in the financial markets – especially in the area of capital markets, and derivatives.
• Experience in financial industry and knowledge about Sophis and other risk management systems is a plus
• Mastering complex environment and complex architecture
• Excellent communication skills
• Possess strong analysis and problem solving skills
• Strong perseverance and diligence towards attaining goals and effective time management
• Self-motivated and excellent team player
• Must have an impeccable standard of spoken and written English
