Responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for recruitment of new employees for our fast growing Social Game Company based in Chengdu, China
Tasks and responsibilities:
· Recruiting national & international talents for our team through both online and offline channels
· Contact candidates, review CVs and preselect suitable Chinese- and English-speaking candidates
· Support in all implementation of administration related activities
Your Profile
· Native Chinese, Fluent in English
· University Degree (B.A. or higher)
· HR background, experience in recruitment preferable, but not a must
· Familiar with Online Networking Pages such as LinkedIn and Chinese and English Recruitment Pages such as 51job or Monster
· Good communication skills
· Interest in digital media
· Independent & problem-solving abilities
· Internationally orientated
