Business Development Manager

China Internship Solutions Corp. (CISC Global www.ciscglobal.com) is a leading provider of internship and job placement opportunities in China with over 9 years proven track record. The company was set up in Beijing in 2002, and has offices in Beijing, Shanghai as well as Newcastle upon Tyne and London in the UK. CISC has an established, extensive network with leading international firms, foreign direct investment (FDI) promotion agencies, business chambers and successful Chinese businesses, which can act as hosts for internships. Our clients cover a variety of disciplines including media, legal, finance, ICT, NGO, travel and tourism and so on. CISC also provides Chinese language and culture training programs and arranges leisure tour programs for foreign students and visitors.
Job Title: Business Development Manager
Tasks and Responsibilities
• Establish, build and maintain relationships with host companies for the placement of international interns;
• Explore new industries/sectors in order to meet the demand for internships; • Provide perfect match-making between intern profiles and company job descriptions; Follow up on potential internship applicants/candidates already in China
• Attend events, seminars and conferences in order to obtain business contacts and to represent CISC Global;
• Work closely together with the Marketing Manager and the Program Coordinator in solving problems and addressing issues between different parties. Challenges
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team;
• Ability to work and meet goals in high-pressure situations;
• Ability to propose ideas for input while being willing to take direction;
• Ability to show flexibility to take on new tasks as they arise.
Requirements:
• Experience in recruitment, HR, education or Business Development preferred;
• Minimum BA level education, with overseas education background preferred •Strong English language skills;
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage time;
• Good organizational skills;
• Existing network of companies is huge plus;
• Open, honest, resourceful and team player
• Chinese and Foreign Nationals both welcome to apply.
