A&A Expo International China is a member of the A&A Expo Group B.V., a group of companies all specialized in the field of Exhibitions, Interiors and Events with a number of subsidiaries.
Our office and workshop are based in Beijing and were established in 2003, has high tech production equipment with factory facilities and storages of over 25,000 sqm. Since the beginning of 2009, we also have a small representative office in Shanghai.
We currently offer a position as Project manger
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, control, coordinate and monitor all project activities in order to meet individual project objectives;
- Timely delivery of projects;
- Monitor and control the cost of each project ;
- Maintain necessary contact with suppliers;
- Ensure all materials required for a project are included on pick list and loaded accordingly;
- Find the potential clients,try for the new events;
Qualification required:
- More than 2 years of working experience in exhibit especiallly in motor show, manage the project independent;
- Knowledge of materials involved in the construction of exhibits, motor shows stand and AV equipment;
- Responsible for various kinds public relations activities and exhibitions approach builds, coordination management onsite;
- Degree on a university, Good spoken and written English (CET 4 and above), considering the fluent in English first ;
- Good communication skills & stable working attitude;
- Reliable, committed, quick learning, self-starter attitude;
- Good knowledge in using computers and Office ( including PPT, Excel and Word, etc.)
