Channel Manager - Shanghai

Cochlear Asia-Pacific is seeking to appoint a Channel Manager in Shanghai to develop and implement strategic plans to meet the short term financial objective and to build sustainable business in assigned territories for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
In-depth analysis of product, market situation and business partners
• Update and report in-depth analysis of product, market and business partner (distributors and institutes);
• In cooperation with Marketing Department, develop appropriate product strategy (product mix, promotion package), awareness and local funding programs.
Channel Management
• Ensure business objectives are well communicated, committed and delivered
• Manage, direct, monitor and assess current business partners to ensure a cohesive and effective distribution channel established and upgraded;
• Develop and recruit new business partners to meet the business objectives
• Ensure effective communication between Cochlear and business partners (e.g. product update, policy and market update).
Key Account Management
• Develop and update RMP for top 5 key accounts in the territory, with involvement of distributors;
• Maintain high level contact with key stakeholders of selected accounts;
• Ensure RMP plans are implemented and meet the objectives set
Customer satisfaction
• With Outcomes and Customer Service team, deliver service and training to professional and recipients to meet customer (professional customers and recipients) needs.
Reporting
• Report the latest market situation.
Key Incumbent requirements:
Minimum
• 5-7 year working experience in sales (business development) position in healthcare industry,
• A degree in business or biological science or medical related discipline
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Strong analytical and channel management skill
• Good communication skill
