TITLE: Project Manager – Senior Interior Designer
SALARY RANGE: ￥10,000 – 15, 000
STARTING DATE: IMMEDIATLY
REPORTING LINE: Creative Directors
LOCATION: Shanghai, China
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT: English – Good / Chinese – proficient
Lime 388 design studio, one the most famous design studio in shanghai, is looking for a full time project manager and Senior interior designer for managing various interior design projects. (Hotels, Residentials…)
KEY TASKS
• Manage projects from drawling to construction
• Take part and conduct meetings presentations with clients
• Follow the construction, coordinate with construction companies as well as other suppliers
• Manage a good relationship between designers and suppliers
• Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards, client requirements and timeline
REQUIREMENT
• Minimum age of 28
• Good written and verbal communication in English and Chinese
• Minimum 5 years similar working experience as an Interior Designer
• An experience in luxury Interior Design projects would be appreciated
• Excellent skills with Excel and Excellent skills with CAD
• Strong knowledge in construction process and materials
• Good presentation and communication skills
• A portfolio proving interior design project and project management skills & efficiency
• Result- oriented and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
