We have a team of people accelerating the Photovoltaic Industry in many ways; Market Research reports, profiling the companies in the industry, broker services via our Trade department assisting Western companies to purchase from Chinese manufacturers. In addition, we will be launching a Jobsite that will focus on posting jobs in the Photovoltaic Industry from companies all over the world!

- Collect company’s advertising words and work with the website design team to ensure the customer’s advertising looks good
- Track how well customer’s advertising is doing to make sure customers are getting good value for money

- Minimum threshold of 5000RMB/month for the first 3 months and 3500RMB/month for the next 3 months. The first 3 months is to make sure you have a good standard of living while you get up to speed (our Western non-sales staff generally start out at 4700RMB/month basic salary and our Chinese non-sales staff start out at 2300RMB/month basic salary), after that you should be up to speed and the following months 4-6 minimum is a safety net in case you are slow to achieve sales.
- Accommodation provided – a bedroom in a 3-bedroom flat shared with 2 other ENF staff (mix of Chinese and Western staff to make personal life easy for Western staff). ENF will pay a standard 500RMB/month partial subsidy for staff getting their own flat (for reference we spend about 1800RMB/month on a 3 bedroom apartment).
- 15 days holiday a year
- Contract is open with a minimum 18 months. If you leave before 18 months then you need to repay flight and visa costs.

Further Information About Wuhu
It is important for us that our new staff are stable and happy, so we would like to point out a few potential negatives to potential candidates:
- There is little night life and bars in the city as Chinese people prefer to drink in restaurants. This means that people who like to go out drinking a lot will be disappointed with the social options.
- We are based in real China. Unlike Beijing and Shanghai, there are very few foreigners in Wuhu so if you just want to hang around with Europeans only there won't be much choice.
On the positive side the city is well developed and clean. There are some global supermarket chains in the city showing food labels in English, and large department stores which make shopping easy.
Although there is only one English-language TV channel, the company has a DVD library with over 1000 DVDs for the staff to borrow.
