Business Development Manager
at G2 Studio Creative Workshop in Beijing
G2 Studio Creative Workshop is an international collective of creative professionals. Our team boasts talent specializing in video and animation, website design & development, graphic design, event management and photography.
Now we are looking to hire a full time Sales Manager for our Beijing studio.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a customer database
- Generate and qualify leads
- Recruit and develop clients
- Prepare short and long term sales plans
- Develop and give presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
- Client negotiations
- Create proposals and present sales contracts
- Respond to sales enquiries
- Ensure customer service satisfaction, build enduring client relationships
- Represent the company and champion our brand in the marketplace through networking and community involvement
- Guide clients through all steps of their experience with G2 Studio
- Work closely with all G2 Studio teams
Skills needed:
- Fluent in English and Chinese (both speaking and writing)
- Excellent communication, flexibility and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized, mature, self-confident
- Pro-active decision maker
- Aggressive, goal-oriented attitude
- Ability to meet demanding time frames
- Chinese National or non-Chinese
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge and experience and contacts in G2 Studio’s target industries (media-focused)
- Knowledge and experience of best sales practices
- Experience in PR & strategic planning a plus
- Consultative and problem solving approach with client base
- Computer literate
