Sales Representatives
at Intechno in Beijing
Intechno is looking for two Sales Representatives to develop European and North American markets.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
Prepare sales and marketing plans for software outsourcing market in North America and Europe.
Prepare marketing collaterals – brochures, sales presentations, website materials.
Selling software outsourcing services to the customers from North America and Europe.
Cultivate, generate & grow large scale relationships for new accounts.
Generating business from new accounts and having the capability to drive and lead customer relationships into engagements.
Ensuring high customer satisfaction by working closely with the project teams and achieving committed service quality.
Achieve annual and quarterly achievement of revenue targets through accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting, by prioritizing selling time to generate sales volume, achieve account penetration
Timely quote pricing via formal quotation letters. Pro-actively follow-up on all quotes. Track leads to sales and present in report format to branch Manager on weekly basis.
Perform other tasks and functions as required or assigned by branch manager.
Required skills:
Fluent in English.
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
2-3 years’ relevant marketing AND sales/business development experience. Managerial experience will be an advantage.
Must have demonstrated ability and maturity to sell and build relationships with C-Level executives or decision makers.
Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products
Demonstrate the ability to build and expand on new relationships.
Work independently as well as part of a team.
Ability to perform under pressure.
