Senior Recruiter

Sr. Recruiter (Based in Beijing PRC)
As a key member of our Staffing Team, this role requires an experienced staffing professional who will be responsible for the complete life cycle of recruiting from sourcing to execution of offers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with hiring managers (at Versa Shore and the client) to develop hiring plans to meet staffing needs.
- Identify potential candidates through web sourcing, networking, leveraging group research, candidate referrals and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline
- Call, screen and sell prospective candidates on taking the first step toward discovering the careers Versa Shore has to offer the Industry's top talent.
- Manage recruiting initiatives from the beginning to the end of the hiring cycle including successfully pre and post closing candidates on opportunities at Versa Shore and our clients in China
- Plan, execute and manage China campus recruiting program
- Reporting on recruitment activities from our applicant tracking system, Business Objects and excel based reports.
Desired Skills & Experience
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- BA/BS degree (EE, CS or technical degree preferred)
- Bilingual (fluent English and Mandarin)
- 5 to 7 years of related work experience in a search firm or in-house recruiting/sourcing
- 4+ years of experience in Internet sourcing and cold calling
- Excellent sourcing, interviewing, negotiating and communication skills required
- Must have strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft products
- Ideal candidates will have knowledge and interest in staffing, hiring for technical, and engineering functions for software industries
- Experience to manage Campus recruiting in China
- -Ability to interface and present to senior management
