Sr. Service Management Analyst

Full-time at Johnson & Johnson Suzhou in Suzhou

The Senior Service Management Analyst is responsible for preparing, reviewing and analysing of service performance for GBS-Asia Pacific (Suzhou), and driving / leading continuous improvement opportunities for service performance.


EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• At least University degree in finance related field or equivalent
• At least 1-3+ years experience in service support function with comprehensive understanding of service management, processes and procedures, and project management.
• Experience in shared services center of a multinational corporation desirable
• Experience and knowledge in systems implementation concepts desirable
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
