Design Company based in Shanghai is looking for a full time Communication & PR Officer.
The principle responsibility for this role will be to manage the reputation of the Company and to enlarge its visibility on the market.

KEY TASKS

• Use all forms of media and communication to build, maintain and manage the reputation and the activities of the Company
• Plan, develop and implement communication tools and PR strategies to achieve this goal
• Define & identify communication targets for Interior Design projects, in order to increase the potential customers number
• Execute the daily marketing communication including mailing, referencing, online buzz …
• Collect and classify public (clients, media, prospects…) information to build a database
• Researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media
• Writing and editing in-house articles and preparing and supervising the production of teasers, handouts, direct mail leaflets
• Generate content and strategies to drive traffic to the website and blog
• Serve as a spokesperson for the Company

REQUIREMENT

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both English and Chinese
• Diploma or University Graduate
• Minimum three years solid working experience in related field
• Deep understanding of the Chinese market
• Strong in building relationships and able to communicate at all levels
• Computer literate: PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Photoshop and Illustrator knowledge would be highly appreciated
• An experience in the field of Design or Communication would be a strong added-value
