CEI（www.chinaeducationinitiative.org），the first US-China NGO (partnership with TFA) ，now is looking for a US Recruiting and University Relations Manager who will be responsible for supporting the interview, selection, assignment, and matriculation process of participants, as well as for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with US universities and China-based academic programs.

You have：

• Bachelor’s degree from a U.S. institution
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented leader，fast-paced, and results-oriented
• Exceptional inter-personal and public speaking skills , and the ability to interact with and inspire diverse audiences;
• Strong organizational skills and thorough attention to detail;
• Fluency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (exceptionally strong Excel skills an asset)；Comfort working with databases and analyzing data
• Willingness to travel extensively and work on evenings and weekends, as required;
