at Wuxi School in Wuxi
9000rmb per month offered in wuxi training schools
Salary
A basic monthly salary of RMB 8,000 for the first 2 months probation period and 9,000RMB after the probation, which is due and payable on the 5th of each month, not in advance. (The attandence record will be tracked from the 1st to the last day of the previous month)
Housing
The Employer will help to find accommodation for the Employee as needed. However, the Employee should pay for all the utilities, including electricity, gas, water, CATV, phone/Internet bills, property management fee etc. The Employer ensures that all the facilities in the dormitory are ready for use when the Employee moves in. The Employee should keep good maintenance of the dormitory and should pay for any damage caused by mishandling. The housing deposit will be deducted from the employee’s paycheck of the first month and be refunded when the employee finishes the contract.. The Employee will have to pay for all the cost including rental and engency fee. However, the school will provide 1500rmb/month to the employee as housing allowance.
Air fee
Airfare reimbursement: There will be a first reimbursement of RMB 2500 after the Employee has worked for the school for six months and a second payment of RMB 2500 after twelve months.
Bonuses
Quarterly bonuses are given after Probation based on the your performance, and Before the Chinese Lunar New Year each year, annual bonuses are given at the discretion of the Employer base on your performance including the following points:
a. Teaching Quality
b. Learning Outcomes
c. Contribution to promoting and marketing the school’s image
d. Contribution to the growth of the school
Working Hours
Working hours per week are 40 hours, including 25 teaching hours between 09:00 and 21:00 Monday to Friday and between 09:00 to 19:00 on weekends.
Should the Employee not complete the total of 25 teaching hours per week but has not refused teaching, was able and willing to work; taken that it is the Employer’s responsibility to provide the Employee with the sufficient amount of hours, no deduction shall be taken from the Employee’s salary.
The Employee will be given a weekly schedule, however the Employer reserves the right to change schedule as required. The Employer will attempt to accommodate the Employee’s schedule to offer two days off consecutively. However, due to fluctuating student demand, the Employer reserves the right to separate those two days off.
Overtime
Overtime will be calculated on a “per class” basis. The Employee can choose to be paid 100rmb/hour or take the overtime hours off in lieu after approved by hi/her supervisor/ manager.
