Position: Office Assistant /Buyer
Nationalities preferred: Polish or Greek
Requirements:
- good English command, both orally and writing
- good work organization, resourcefulness, openness
- availability to work 8h per day (work from Mon-Fri)
- willingness to undertake job quickly
- good computer skills
- experience in similar position will be appreciated
- experience in food branch will be appreciated
Tasks:
- performing administrative and office work
- assistance in preparing documentation and offers for customers
- organizing, storing and searching for information needed in
office work
- assistance in searching for food products in China, negotiating with chinese suppliers
- making food products inspection in China
- -assistance in the office current work
