VBA/CRM Analyst

GROUPON, the creator of online group buying, has finally arrived in China! Groupon in China is called GaoPeng, and we’re jointly funded by Groupon, Tencent Collaboration Fund and Yunfeng Fund. Our company is equipped with the gene of the originator of online group buying model and draws on the most profound insight into Chinese online users!
In order to expand this highly successful business model to the Chinese market we are currently recruiting an Expert VBA Analyst based in Beijing.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Develop an excel-based dashboard to aggregate and display data from our CRM system.
-Quality circle reports and dashboards for GaoPeng’s Chinese operations.
-Assisting CRM management with daily operations.
-Ensuring consistency of the data in the CRM.
Required Skills:
-Very smart, analytical.
-Expert Microsoft Excel and VBA programmer.
-Extensive experience with complex Macros, graphing displays, pivot tables, and excel formulas.
-Good knowledge of sales processes and supporting systems.
-Fluent English, some Mandarin language skills are a plus.
-Bachelor degree.
