Business Development Manager_Russia
at GEFCO International Logistics (China) in Shanghai
Mission:
Identify potential counter-flow customers in order to optimize international business exchanges between China and Russia and develop GEFCO's non-group activity in the domain for which they are responsible.
Responsibility:
- Promote all GEFCO activities (including logistics services for all GEFCO warehouses), particularly international services
- Detect development opportunities on the perimeter defined by identifying companies that export and those that import;
- Develop the turnover from B to B customers in order to meet the company's target; Advise customers and carry out negotiations in terms of price, quantities and lead-times;
- Create new, innovative transport solutions in order to meet the needs of actual and prospective customers and guarantee the optimization of flows;
Requirement:
- At least 8 yrs work experience in logistics industry and more than 5 yrs of sales role with 3 yrs of international market(offer, market prices, etc.);
- Good competencies on Team coordination, Sales advice, Sales development, Sales negotiation, Client relations;
- Proficient English, Mandarin and Russian both in written and oral;
- Client relationship skills (internal and external), Interpersonal skills, Ability to persuade, Focused on the concrete / results, Creativity / Innovation
