Job Title: YICBD 2013 HR Recruitment Personnel Trainee
Job Description:
1. Successfully recruiting international candidates over phone and via skype.
2. Provide interview feedback and evaluation form to clients.
3. Case follow up
4. Customer service relation management
5. Online promotion, online media management of job adverts.
6. Lead and deliver recruitment opportunities.
7. Conduct industry research, provide relevant articles, online media resources, etc
8. Assist in developing quarterly company media newsletter

Requirement
1. University degree, majored in Human Resources, Business Management, related.
2. English Native speaker preferred but not compulsory.
3. Clear, spoken English and high literacy is mandatory.
4. Can start immediately.
5. Customer service, sales, or interpersonal communication experience is favoured.
Starting date: ASAP. 12 month preferred
Package will be applied for 1 year employment
