INTERIOR DESIGNER x1 HONG KONG
INTERIOR DESIGNER x 1 BEIJING
SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER x1 SHANGHAI
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle projects right from concept stage to handover
- Will work closely with the clients, suppliers, sub-contractors and relevant authorities whilst mentoring Interior Designers
- Create detailed plans, specifications and layout
- Strong space planning skills
- Prepare design concept and sketch
- Presentation of materials and drawings
- Manage any take-offs and reconfigurations, which may be required.
- Ensure good quality and high level of the customers’ satisfaction
The nature of our Client’s business
Our Client is an International Design company, specialising in Commercial, Residential and Mixed-Use projects. They have been greatly involved in numerous iconic projects all around. They are currently looking for Interior Designers to join their prestigious organization.
Skills and experience required
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design/Architecture or any relevant discipline
- At least 3-8 years working on medium to large-scale retail and mixed-use commercial projects
- Can do presentations to the client, and must be confident to speak in front of people.
- Highly motivated and a team player
- Excellent communication skills and eye for details
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent Communication skill and MUST be able to converse in English, Mandarin, Cantonese.
