HR Director
at Avantgarde in Shanghai
Roles and Responsibility:
• Lead the HR department for Avantgarde China
• Be the first contact point for international Head of HR
• A strong sounding board for Managing Director & Deputy Managing Director.
• Ensure that mid to long term strategy planning matches Business Planning
• Develop a motivation strategy/ retention program
• Further develop key performance indicator
• Further develop and implementation of training concept
Requirements:
• Minimum above 5 years working experience in high level HR management.
• Strong strategy thinker, proven record in strategy.
• Experienced in HR Strategy development in agency or on client side
• Excellent English communication skills and Mandarin skill is a big plus
• This position is not open for native Chinese speakers
