Occupaional Therapists
at The Essential Learning Group in Beijing
•Develop, provide and participate in internal professional development activities (seminars, workshops, etc.) aiming to create a community of learners within our organization.
•Develop, provide and participate in external professional development activities (seminars, workshops, etc.) as part of ELG’s community outreach activities.
•Contribute to ELG’s professional network and build a strong personal, professional network in the educational and professional community and internationally, focused on receiving referrals and being able to refer clients to other professionals as needed.
•Follow policies and procedures in recording weekly activities and making use of time not-spent with clients or client-related activities to work on relevant Projects. Projects could include location or team related activities; it is strongly encouraged to use this time for developing and implementing professional knowledge in the quality and quantity of services of ELG.
•Recruit new clients
•Recruit potential colleagues
Specialists should be able to or work towards independence as defined by:
•Delivery of assessment, therapeutic, and intervention services with minimal supervision.
•Writing reports and progress notes with minimal supervision.
•Managing client relationships with minimal supervision.
