We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join our Beijing Office.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for IKON Group’s Marketing Department, overseeing all of our marketing, advertising and promotional activities.
The main focus will be on optimizing our company’s online marketing strategy, including 1) implementing methods to improve our website’s organic search rankings (SEO), which includes keyword research, analyzing our current website, documenting SEO changes, and communicating changes to the CEO and 2) optimizing every aspect of the website’s pay-per-click campaigns, which includes managing keyword research and bids, formulating and managing the PPC budget, analyzing results, and reporting results to their direct manager.
Main responsibilities include:
Create strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
Utilize a range of online marketing techniques including SEO and PPC.
Maintain and develop the organization’s online and digital presence.
Manage all social media activities.
Make improvements to the company website, including usability, design, content and conversion.
Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns.
Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
Leverage off key media contacts and drive awareness of the brand and projects.
Evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing plan alterations as needed.
Drive company's brand through key marketing and communication initiatives.
Provide marketing support to all areas of the business.
Manage all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.
Develop all marketing collateral and publications.
Be responsible for company’s marketing, events, webinars, public relations and brand strategy.
Job Requirements:
Must be eligible to work in Beijing full time.
Must have strong oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English.
Have at least 2 years of managerial experience.
Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.
The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree.
Experience in search engine optimization and pay-per click advertisement.
Must have knowledge of Baidu back office and Google Analytics.
Ability to perform research, analyze websites, document changes, and make decisions regarding optimization approach.
Ability to compile and analyze search data and make decisions regarding campaign direction.
Ability to perform creative analysis to identify growth/optimization opportunities.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
Web programming skills are a plus but not required.
Excellent analytical skills.
Salary is negotiable.
