Are you interested in joining a 6-month project that will take you throughout all of China?
Wanna test your limits?
Wanna get involved in a once in a life time opportunity? VOK DAMS China, a German event agency will be executing a one month test drive through China. We will temporarily be expanding our event team over the next 6 months and are looking for tough, energized and organized individuals to make the commitment.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Planning a comprehensive and centralized guest management system using Microsoft Access and/or Excel
- Ongoing updates and support
- Training of end users or input team
- Trouble shooting
- General Microsoft Word/Excel/Access training for new team members
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience Database Creation role
- Higher Education in an Information Management related course
- A structured, detailed and analytical approach
- Clear communicator
Preferred:
- Events database management experience
- Team leading experience
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin
