Internship Title: Process Improvement Intern

Start Date: ASAP
Length: 3-6 months
Stipend: RMB2000-2500 per month
Location: Shanghai China
Internship Brief Description:
The intern will be responsible for coordination, and implementation of shop floor continuous improvement to ensure the effective, safe and high-quality production in manufacture team by applying the company system tools like VPS and OD. The primary internship responsibilities are as follows:
1. Process maintenance and improvement
2. Optimize the current process to be a better fit for manufacture and team
work.
3. Coordinate to set up new working process to tackle new manufacture
challenges.
4. Introduce and transform VPS & OD into manufacture team
5. Coordinate and support all activity which related with VPS & OD
6. Provide training to continual improvement peoples understanding about
VPS & OD
7. Coordinating work with other teams
8. Handle other work assigned by Manufacturing Director
Essential Requirements:
1. Mechanical or Engineering related majors are preferred
2. Good command of written and spoken English
3. Good planning, organizing and analytical skills
4. Strong belief in process improvement
5. Proactive and self-motivated
6. Minimum staying 3 month
