Physiotherapist (Part Time)
at Care for Children Family Services Clinic in Beijing
Job title: Physiotherapist (part time)
Reports to: School and Clinic Manager and Team Leader/Clinic Liaison
Must liaise with: Admin team, therapists, domestic staff, teaching staff
Overview of Roles:
1) To provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessments, therapy and support to children/students, parents, teachers and other specialists in the international community
2) To provide appropriate ‘on call’ support to Care for Children SEN School staff, students and families
3) To provide appropriate ‘on call’ support to Care for Children National Training Centre staff concerning training programs for domestic orphanage personnel, domestic care workers and domestic teachers
Other Duties and responsibilities
• To provide information about the FSC to the international community
• To be involved in certain training opportunities at the FSC
• To work responsibly, proactively and cooperatively as part of the Family Clinic’s multi-disciplinary team in the best interests of each client’s
• Be accountable for professional documentation and recording of assessments and therapies, according to the Clinic’s procedures and policies
• Be involved in evaluating and modifying when appropriate the Clinic’s services, programs, procedures and manual
• Attending meetings as required
• Contribute to in-service training to CfC SEN school and CfC foster care trainings team as required
• Develop and maintain positive and productive professional relationships with intern and extern colleagues
• Follow the Clinic’s policy on professional confidentiality
