Sr. Continuous Improvement Project analyst
at Johnson & Johnson Medical Suzhou in Suzhou
Responsibilities
•Work with service delivery teams and sector finance to identify, conceptualize CI ideas, analyze opportunities and to quantify CI efficiency savings
•Adopt LEAN, Kaizen, Six Sigma methodology in issue definition and project execution
•Establish KPI for CI projects and measure the achievements of KPI through the project execution and post implementation of CI projects
•Assist in preparation of business cases as required
•Execute improvement initiatives identified and approved by Regional CI Committee
•Develop project plan for each CI projects
•Report on milestone/status regularly and escalate issues to Mobilization / CI Manager beyond own resolution capability
•Liaise with operators/business owners/other stakeholders to confirm requirements/issues
•Prepare, review and maintain deliverable templates, approach documentation, project governance documentation and other required documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy with high quality
•Assist with communications, other project facilitation, logistics organization as required
•Maintain professional attitude during continuous improvement project execution and resolution of issues
•Develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders (external / internal customers, co-workers)
•Perform problem tracking and ensure that issues are escalated in a timely manner and properly documented, prioritized, tracked, and resolved
Requirement
•At least University degree or equivalent in a finance, quality assurance, statistics or business related field
•At least 1 – 3+ years of prior related experience in project delivery of continuous improvement initiatives and related projects, innovate processes and document procedures
•Project management experience is required
•Knowledge and hands-on experience in Six Sigma, LEAN or Kaizen methodology is added advantage
•Experience and knowledge in systems implementation concepts desirable
•Experience in shared services center of a multinational corporation desirable
•Ability to read, write and speak English
