Plant Manager ( Liquid and Powder Coatings )

We are a Hong Kong listed company with factories in China producing chemicals. We are now looking for a Plant Manager who has the following work experience, qualification, and abilities:-
1. Can show highly trained skills in liquid and powder coating production
2. has hands-on experience in liquid and powder coating production
3. has strong leadership and abilities in team building
4. has strong numeric sense in cost structure
5. has previous experience in organising setting up liquid paint and powder coating lines
6. has strong experience in architectural coating and coil coating, with good understanding of AAMA and FDA standards
7. can work in a multicultural environment
8. has formal training in 6 sigma is highly preferable
9. can speak fluent English, with good understanding in Chinese is desirable but is not necessary
