Regional Sales Manager

Full-time at A famous technology company in Beijing

Responsibilities
•Prospect new accounts, generate sales pipe-line, qualify, develop and close new business.
Work independently to meet and exceed sales revenue targets and goals assigned to the territory.
•Develop an overall account strategy leading to the deployment of a well-executed team selling effort into the assigned accounts. Team will include sales, corporate management, and technical sales support.
•Focus on Customer Satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
• Must have an exceptional track record selling high-end software and/or systems hardware solutions, preferably in the data storage, networking, caching or systems software areas, to large, Fortune 500 type accounts.
• Ideal candidate will have many years of direct selling experience. Established relationships in the industry are a big plus.
•Knowledge in any one of these area: Data Storage, Data Caching, Networking Appliance (hardware/software), Systems Software, Network Management Software
•Individual must possess good communication skills and ability to interact with all levels or organizations.
•Track record of exceeding quotas year after year.
•Exceptional selling, negotiating, and presentation skills are mandatory.
•Resides in the targeted geography w/local relationships
•Good working experience with key local resellers and experience establishing and fostering strong Channel Partner relationships
•Experience using salesforce.com is a plus.
•Fluent spoken English and Mandarin
•University degree or equivalent
