The Digital Marketing team at OnePlus aims to implement thrilling marketing solutions to help connect our brand and products to target specific audiences on different platforms. From Facebook to blogs, the Community Specialist is a skilled writer, content creator and community manager whose job is to create and implement marketing campaigns through the different channels available. A big thinker, the Community Specialist should be able to create powerful campaigns that will increase interaction and traffic coming from Social platforms, being at the same time the public face of OnePlus.
Responsibilities
• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content in order to build meaningful connections and foster participation and engagement
• Prepare and optimize company pages in order to increase brand awareness and visibility of the company's social content
• Moderate user-generated content following the moderation policies set for that specific community
• Analyse and present social data/metrics and insights in order to improve interaction and traffic
• Collaborate with other departments (Customer Service, Product Team, Logistics, etc.) to manage reputation and identify Key Opinion Leaders
• Aforementioned activities in potentially 10+ languages
Requirements
• 1 year experience in Social Media or related field
• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or similar
• Demonstrated ability and working knowledge on social analytics tools
• Excellent writing, editing (photo and text) and communication skills
• Passion for detail and customer oriented attitude
• Thrives in an environment of change, complexity and fun
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is a must, proficiency in Italian, Portuguese, German or Dutch is a plus
• Having moderated other forums in the past is a plus
