OnePlus is looking for a front-end programmer to help us build our future online platform. As a front-end programmer with OnePlus you will be part of an international team in charge of expanding our online platform. Your primary tasks will be to translate designs into front-end code and optimizing existing code to work faster. Secondary tasks will be to write front-end tests and help optimize our user experience through A/B and variant testing.

Responsibilities:
• Work with the design team to realize their ideas in modern HTML.
• Work on our Magento ecommerce templates.
• Test browser and platform compatibility.
• Analyze and improve front-end performance.
• Help A/B and variant test different designs.
• Contribute ideas for changes that will help our user experience.

Requirements include:
• HTML5, SASS, CSS and Javascript/jQuery experience essential.
• Experience with Magento is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Fluency in English. Mandarin skills are a plus but not required in our team.
• Willingness to relocate to Shenzhen, China and experience a new adventure.
• Independent nature and creative ability, you will be expected to actively think about our product and how to improve it.
• Excellent time management skills and dedication. We work with tight deadlines at times and will not micro manage you.
• Familiarity with the smartphone market or passion for tech and smartphones a plus.
