Manufacturing Director for High-End Brand

We are a high end notebook/sketchbook maker based in New York City with production residing in Shenzhen. We are a fast growing company with a design oriented premium brand.
Job Overview:
Responsible for production of our products in Shenzhen
Work with factories to ensure new items are developed correctly
Maintaining high level of product quality by working with factory on process
Make sure products are produced on schedule
Make relationships with upstream suppliers and new factories for future products
Responsive to home office in New York
Requirements:
Currently reside in Shenzhen
Speak a very high level of Mandarin
Experience with Chinese business
Aggressive personality
Design oriented
Understands high quality products
Speak fluent or nearly fluent English
Have lived in a Western country
2-5 years experience in doing business in China
Benefits:

Have input into future product lines
Able to work on a somewhat independent basis
Compensation based on final product
Ability to grow with company
8,000 - 10,000 RMB/month salary + incentive pay
