Gallery Manager in Shanghai

A top in gallery in Shanghai needs a full-time gallery manager to run a production team of 6-8 Chinese craftsmen and artists while supervising the daily run of a 4000 square-feet art gallery and 1000 square-feet workshop.
The applicant should be Singaporean. Mandarin should be the mother-tongue and English should be fluent.
The right candidate must:
-be well-studied in Chinese art history and Chinese art techniques.
-have 3 years minimum experience in the art field.
-sell art, follow up, and maintain relationships with collectors around the world.
-be always available to travel around the world.
-handle extremely tough negotiations with suppliers, shippers, and temporary services in the Shanghai economy.
-write fluidly about contemporary and traditional art.
-take care in physical appearances.
-have strong leadership .
-have electric social skills.
-be very detailed.
-be polished, polite, and quick.
