Head of Marketing - 8 yrs experience
at Clear Business Solutions in Beijing
Fabulous role for an expat who is passionate about education and the role of education in today’s world. This is a lead role for an International School in Beijing.
Major Responsibilities:
Work with the Marketing Director and the regional team to define marketing and sales strategies to optimize brand image and market share in the respective markets;
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies and integrate with traditional marketing efforts;
Audit and maintain up to date corporate website information;
Execute Search Marketing Optimisation (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns for Global Marketing Division;
Manage and analyze corporate website and other online media or vehicles’ traffic performance to optimize quality leads generation;
Ensure excellent execution of marketing activities and production of high quality collateral materials in order to achieve branding and marketing objectives;
Prepare articles for press release, both for online and offline;
Maintain close communication and coordination with the marketing and admission teams on implementation of marketing activities and plans;
Liaise with external partners for related marketing projects;
Assist budget preparation, monitor actual spending for the Global Marketing Division;
Provide guidance and support to each location and ensure reports, researches and regular updates are submitted on time;
Occasional on-site marketing and admissions support for the school;
Assist with any ad hoc research or other marketing projects assigned by the Marketing Director and provide marketing administrative support as necessary;
Requirements:
University graduate of Marketing or related discipline
With minimum 6 years experience in marketing or public relations, preferably with regional exposure; digital marketing experience is a must;
Fluent ENGLISH is essential - Chinese, Mandarin a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital analytics.
Strong project management, communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative, fresh thinking and attention to details.
Able to work independently and displays a positive attitude in confronting & resolving problems
