About hiring organization:
An upscale 5* hotel located right at the heart of Shanghai city.
These Account Manager positions will be placed in the Front Office, or Housekeeping department or Food & Beverage Department. The main job responsibility is to deal with the guests, attend to their inquiries and demands, and help maintain good relations with the client base.
The suitable candidate should speak fluent English and preferably conversation Chinese. S/he should also have cheerful personality and good communication skills. Any hotel academic or professional backgrounds would be a great plus. For the successful employee, a benefits package (e.g. salary, working visa support, accommodation & staff meals, etc) will be provided.
