Go Abroad China: Paid Internships in Beijing and Shanghai

Responsibilities:
1. Continually prospect for new clients via cold calling, emails and networking.
2. Maintain phone time and call productivity as well as other measures required by the Company.
3. Generate sales and gross margin in keeping with daily goals set forth by Management.
4. Proactively recommend services needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability.
5. Setup and maintain customer files in Company computer system.
6. Must have the ability to independently manage and develop ongoing advertising and marketing client relationships, with an emphasis on up-selling additional marketing and advertising services.
7. Experience in determining customer needs and presenting online marketing and advertising solutions
8. Create signage, newsletters, email campaigns, online promotions, etc.
9. Provide support to social media efforts to target new audiences.
10. Ability to work cooperatively with internal and external business partners.
11. General office duties as required (e.g. filing, answering phones, copying, mailing, faxing).
12. Exert organizational skills and eye for detail.
13. Working on email campaigns, advertising campaigns and company blog.
14. Conducting and analyzing research to identify potential customers.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to learn fast and produce advertising and marketing sales with minimal supervision.
3. High capacity to operate effectively in an ever changing startup advertising and marketing sales environment.

6. Be aggressive on networking and reaching out.
