OVERSEAS COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

Full-time at wordoor Technology Co.Ltd in Shanghai

Report to the Director of Marketing and Operations (Overseas Marketing Department)

POSITION SUMMARY:
Wordoor Technology Co. Ltd., is looking for an Overseas Communications Manager based in Shanghai to develop and maintain overseas partners and channels, manage overseas employees remotely and execute overseas marketing campaigns.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Communicate and coordinate with remote employees including part time staff and interns, follow up on progress and implementation of overseas marketing campaigns
 Develop and maintain overseas partners and channels including schools, colleges/universities, training companies, educational institutions, international trade companies, teacher/alumni associations etc.
 Manage overseas social media accounts, formulate and execute online content strategy
 Develop relationship with press release distribution channels, overseas media, journalists, publishers, education institutions and other online and offline promotional channels
 Work with overseas partners, channels and resources to generate multilingual content for the Wordoor website
 Assist Marketing Director to execute Live MeetUp strategy and follow up on progress, implementation and results

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
 Bachelor or above, fluent in oral and written English
 At least 3 years of experience in marketing/sales, business development or client management
 At least 1 year of experience in management role
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly
 Excellent communication and negotiation skills
 Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines
 Some knowledge of online education/language learning market is strongly preferred
