Position: Office Assistant
Number of Vacancies: Multiple
Location: Shanghai, China

Client introduction:
Since 2011 our client has been the most successful precious metal trading company in China. The group now has over 2300 employees and is continuing to grow at a rapid rate. The group is establishing an integrated precious metal investment service, combining high-level service, professional market research and new technological advances. They are currently building up “a simple and easy investment experience” for customers and they seek ambitious young foreign national candidates to assist in this development.

Responsibilities:

• Manage general office tasks.
• Communicate with customers.
• Secretarial/ clerical duties.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Candidates must have a conversational Chinese level.
• European or North American nationality required for first round of recruitment.
• Presentable individual.

Salary and benefits:

• 5,000 to 15,000 CNY per month (depending on experience).
• Full working visa where candidates have sufficient experience.
• Intern visa also possible if experience insufficient for working visa.
• Meal allowance.
• Working with a rapidly growing Chinese group.
