Customer Service Director

We are a foreign executive search in Beijing. Our client company is a designer and manufacturer of a wide variety of magnetic-based electronic components and assemblies used for power conversion, energy metering, and solar inverters.

Duties:
- Manage customer web-based or EDI system to retrieve forecast information and confirm back based on confirmation from Planning.
- Work with the customer to get orders with the correct lead time, price, box qty, etc.
- Confirm orders back to customer within 48 hours; Monitor orders and COF on the books and involve Account Executive when orders are low; Weekly management of finished goods at hub locations
- Follow up with customer on accounts payable and receiving problems.
- To support CS people under the same group, solving issues, doubts or escalating problems to the management
- To follow up on work load distribution assuring the CS people under his/her responsibility can give
- To lead group projects like FG reduction, on time delivery improvement, etc
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience in managing logistic inventories
- Understanding of magnetic components market
- Superior interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- The European and American highly preferred
