New Life ESL is searching for highly qualified and easy to work with English teachers to be deployed in Guangzhou and Zhuhai, China.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Handling class: ages 2-12 years old
Working hours: 18 hours/week
Competitive salary: 11,000-15,000 RMB /month
Course: English as a Foreign Language (EFL)
Vacant Slots: 20
Starting Date: ASAP
SPECIALIZED SKILLS
MUST be knowledgeable in the subject
MUST be updated with current methodologies, trends, approaches, and strategies in English teaching
MUST be flexible in terms of handling classes of different age groups
MUST be patient in handling children with different personalities
MUST be creative in presenting English lessons especially grammar
MUST be compassionate towards students
MUST be open and willing to learn Chinese culture
MUST be willing to receive constructive criticism
QUALIFICATIONS
1. MUST be a Native English speaker who is proficient in the language
2. MUST be a graduate of any 4-year degree course
3. MUST have a TEFL/TESOL certificate
4. MUST NOT have any health condition
5. MUST NOT have any criminal records
6. MUST NOT be over 55 years old
COMPENSATION
1. free accommodation, 2,000 RMB allowance (depends on the school)
2. working visa
3. medical insurance
4. reimbursable airfare (refund given upon completion of 12-month contract)
