Position:
We are seeking a foreign Administration Manager who is going to be responsible for day to day operations of the company, as well as arranging company documents and creating, planning, organizing and implementing company management systems. Administration Manager must make sure all employees are doing their jobs perfectly and should keep them motivated.
Requirements and Skills:
-Very good command of English and Chinese
-Minimum 2 years of Administration Management experience
-Excellent communication, organization and leadership skills
-Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
-Ability to manage staff, delegate specific tasks and evaluate employee performance
