Interior Design Internship

About the company:
LINK Group is a real state development company working on hostels, warehouses, office building conversion, residential apartments and building acquisition/redevelopment in Shanghai. LINK Group is a young team of over 70 people and we are constantly growing and offering internship programs in Shanghai. We identify and bring top talented individuals into our company from across the world.
Position:
We are offering foreign talents excellent internship programs at our Interior Design department. Interns will be responsible for renovating old buildings into new offices, food and beverage spaces to meet clients’ standards, as well as general office tasks. Interns will be trained how to design these spaces and make it comfortable working and living environment.
Requirements and Skills:
- No prior experience is necessary, affinity is a plus
- Key words that describe you: innovative, motivated, creative, accurate and confident
- Proficiency in English is a must, Mandarin language skills aren’t necessary. Only, for future career
opportunities and promotion within LINK Group.
- Excellent written and verbal communicational skills
- Strong problem solving and research skills
- You have the ability to think ‘outside of the box’ and to be imaginative
- Ability to build long lasting relationships and gain credibility from employees
