Requirements and Skills
Expertise in computer software, ability to use office software and LINK Group systems
Good organizational skills, intern should be able to manage a filing system, track incoming and outgoing correspondence and coordinate the flow of paperwork around the office;
Effective verbal and listening communications skills
Strong command of verbal and written English language, know how to communicate ideas and thoughts
Time-management, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Tasks and duties for Administration:
Organization of day to day operations, ensure that every department’s work runs smoothly
Maintain and improve communication between departments and management
Arrange company’s documents; creating, planning, organizing and implementing company’s management systems
Ensure employees are doing their job at expected level and motivating them to continue performing on a desired level
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Intern learning Outcomes
Administration internship program will give you an insight in the process of our company’s management systems. You will improve your Office skills which include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. During the internship period you will learn how to organize and manage several tasks at the same time, preparing documents and manuals required for the company’s day-to-day work, handling visa issues and maintaining the employee’s attendance system including their schedule plan.
Location: 45 East Kang Ding Road, Building No. 5. Near Hanzhong Road, Shanghai
Working hours: Monday-Friday 9:30pm-18:30pm
