Technical Account Manager (Shenzhen, China)

LaFrance Corp, a World Leading US headquartered Corporate Product Branding Company, is seeking a results oriented and motivated Technical Account Manager for full-time employment in Shenzhen, China.
LaFrance Corp’s customer base consists of worldwide industry leaders in consumer and professional products, including appliances, sporting goods, audio, automotive, eye wear, medical equipment, mobile devices, and office equipment.
Position Scope/Responsibilities:
•Lead Account Management and Customer Support Teams delivering excellent performance at Customer base
•Establish relationships with prospective and existing Asia region Customers
•Facilitate site visits from Global cliental
•Lead “Complex” Business and Project Results
•Liaison closely with US teams in support of Business Development activities
•Develop capabilities presentations based on specific client needs
•Communicate effectively with other staff members and top level management
•Position offers excellent opportunity for growth with the organization.
Position Requirements:
•A university degree in engineering, business administration or similar field
•Minimum of 2 years technical experience, working in a cross-functional environment
•Fluent verbal and written English skills
•Ability to communicate in Mandarin is beneficial
•Excellent demeanor and business presence
•Understanding of manufacturing principles a plus
•A positive attitude and dedication to delivering the best customer experience possible
•Proven negotiation and business management experience, with a track record for setting and achieving Results
•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to frequently changing priorities
•Intermediate or higher skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•Some International and National travel is required for this role
