Siebenwurst support customers all over the world in the fields of tool trading, construction, quality assurance and consultancy, as well as with our Tool Doctor services directly on site. In addition to the sites in Germany and China, the corporate group also includes sites in Mexico and Poland.
We are looking for a
Moldmaker (f/m)
to support our team in Shenyang!
Your future responsibilities will include:
◾Modification and repair of molds / tools
◾production of high surface quality (polish)
◾Creating component markings in tools by etching
◾Mastering the following welding processes: MIG / MAG, TIG, acetylene and laser welding
◾Prepare tools for spotting
◾Assembly of complex hydraulic, pneumatic and heating systems for all kind of Tools
◾Creation of components on conventional machine tools (milling, lathing, grinding, drilling)
◾Quality control of components from drawings, parts lists and CAD data to the machine operator
◾Monitoring of sampling, incl. all reconciliations
◾Participate in team meetings
◾Training and technical support for new employees
Your qualification:
◾Technical training
◾About 5 years of relevant work experience
◾Sound knowledge of mould and tool
◾Skills in reading technical drawings
◾Proper behavior towards customers and superiors
◾Conscientiousness, organizational skills, teamwork skills and innovative thinking
◾Courage and willingness to change and redesign processes
◾Solid knowledge of the necessary computer applications
◾Languages: English
