IT Internship
at LINK Group in Shanghai
About the company
LINK Group is a real estate development company based out of Shanghai, China. We acquire and renovate residential apartments, office buildings, warehouses, and hostels in the greater Shanghai area. The company is divided into two departments; the investment side, who engages in collecting capital from cross border investment; and the developer side, who is responsible for design, renovation and maintenance. Together, our diversified team of over 100 young professionals from every corner of the world is constantly seeking top talented individuals to improve our company.
Position
We are offering foreign talents excellent internship programs at our IT department. Interns will be responsible for setting up and programming a NAV Dynamics ERP system, website programming, and supporting the company’s internal IT Hardware and servers (MS Windows). Administrative support will also be part of the intern’s responsibilities. Interns will receive complementary training in order to enrich their current IT skills.
Requirements and Skills
- bachelor’s degree in IT
- Candidate should be familiar with above mentioned tasks, affinity is a plus
- Key words that describe you: innovative, motivated, creative, accurate and confident
- Proficiency in English is a must, Mandarin language skills aren’t necessary. Only, for future career opportunities and promotion within LINK Group.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving, organizational and negotiations skills
- Ability to build long lasting relationships and gain credibility from employees
Duties and tasks for IT position
1. Speaking to your management team/clients to find out what they want
2. Coordinating the project team
3. Making sure there is a smooth change over from the old system to the new one
4. Keeping management and clients updated on progress
5. Evaluation of each project stage and once completed.
