HR Internship
at LINK Group in Shanghai
About the company
LINK Group is a real estate development company based out of Shanghai, China. We acquire and renovate residential apartments, office buildings, warehouses, and hostels in the greater Shanghai area. The company is divided into two departments; the investment side, who engages in collecting capital from cross border investment; and the developer side, who is responsible for design, renovation and maintenance. Requirements and Skills
- No prior experience is necessary, affinity is a plus
- Key words that describe you: innovative, motivated, creative, accurate and confident
- Proficiency in English is a must, Mandarin language skills aren’t necessary. Only, for future career opportunities and promotion within LINK Group
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving, organizational and negotiations skills
- Ability to build long lasting relationships and gain credibility from employees
-Leadership qualities such as strong work ethic, trustworthiness, self-confidence
Tasks and duties for HR manager:
1. Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants
2. Allocate human resources, ensuring appropriate matches between personnel
3. Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits
4. Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures
5. Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems
6. Plan, organize, direct, control or coordinate the personnel, training, or labor relations activities of an organization
7. Implement strategic organizational change to increase productivity and employee satisfaction.
What you will learn as an Intern
We offer internship programs for current and graduated students who can supplement our different departments while learning and acquiring additional skills like leadership, problem solving, versatility and many more. The goal for our interns is to gain an insight into various markets that will enhance their knowledge and qualifications for future career prospects. As HR intern you will learn how to effectively interview potential talents, how to recognize their competences, how to link these to the current open job positions and available internship spots at LINK Group.
