Marketing Coordinator

SEO: Bring a basic understanding of keyword research, results and contribute to our internal SEO effort across multiple company websites. Work closely with a 3rd party SEO provider and liaise between the provider and the company with a goal to bring all SEO in house within one year. Support SEO strategy and implementation. Hands-on optimization; improving site structure, page construction, content, keyword lists, and SEO copy writing. Back link development and analysis. Keyword integration across multiple company websites. Generate ranking reports, conducting site audits, etc. Utilize Google analytics and other usability tools to improve visitor experience and lead conversion. Posting, monitoring and managing corporate Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Wikipedia and other social media accounts.
Social Media: Manage, refine and implement company social media strategy, plan, calendar and content. Monitor the competitive Social landscape, manage and execute measurable social media programs and campaigns. Work closely with all business functional areas to foster and support the integration of social features across all company sales and marketing efforts.
Website Management: Manage data and content on Company Websites. Work in partnership with internal and external website developers, marketing and sales teams, operations team to ensure a current and consistent content on Company websites, customer websites.
Marketing Content: Contribute to brand and marketing materials for company use including brochures, marketing copy, product and videos, product features and benefits, etc. Create and maintain media library of for company use. Source and manage third party vendors.
Analytics: Track and analyze website, social media and trade show data. Develop and monitor metrics to ensure company objectives are met. Create and manage reporting to measure performance. Make recommendations for changes or adjustments.
Any other duties that may arise from time to time.
