Management Position
at HRK Consulting in Tianjin

Our client is a worldwide conglomerate which includes biotech, healthcare, hotel, travel agency, internet business, financial investing and other business areas. Their products reach more than 190 countries and we have business units set up in over 110 countries/areas. The Corporate facility covers more than 1200 SQ. KM. and required more than 70 billion RMB of investment. At this industrial complex, we produce products for nutritional support, healthcare, cosmetic care. It also houses our research, development, production facilities. There are also a hotel and conference facility onsite.
Number of employers needed: 180+ people, foreigners only from various countries, 25-45 years old, both male and female.
Requirements:
1. From Indian, Indonesia/South Asia, Africa, Russian speaking countries, Japan,
South Korean or English native speaking countries.
2. Can use Chinese or Chinese as working language, know office well.
3. Master degree or above; with over 2 years working experience can be a bachelor degree (prefer those that are used to working in Chinese companies).
4. Majors can be from marketing, sales, training, management, law, I.T., etc.
Positions: Trainers, management positions, business support, logistics support, marketing support, legal (not many), I.T. (not many) departments.
Training position: Will follow training plans; understand production and train the sales team; set up a global system training plan; make and organize daily training plan; support various areas with short term training.
Management position: Will organize global or area conferences; help to open overseas marketing; communicate with overseas companies; and help to deal problems.
Logistics positions: Will plan, organize, control and supervise all steps in the logistics process; make plans and control within budget.
Marketing: Will open and manage the various existing and new markets; make monthly plans and budget plan; do analysis of sales; dig big data for potential clients
