Business Developer
at Shangri-la Highland Craft Brewery (Anywhere)
We are looking for a Business Developer who can bring our Brewery to the next stage and enhance the sales volume and develop new sales channels and new distributors.
We are looking for a person between 28 and 40 Years old. With a solid understanding of the Beer-Craft-Beer and Import-Beer and / or Beverage market. Worked in similar Positions before. The position of a business developer requires a bachelor's degree and good Chinese language skills. With his/her established Network in this industry the candidate should be able to open us fast new channels, increase the sales volume and achieve financial growth. This person builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
The candidate will have the title as "Business Developer" and will work in a senior sales position within the company. It's the candidates job to work with the internal marketing team and sales director to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for their organization. To achieve this, this person needs to find potential new customers, present to them our products and continue to grow business in the future.
Daily work:
- prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business
- cold call as appropriate to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network
- identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization
- research and build relationships with new clients
- set up meetings between client decision makers and him
- work on proposals that speaks the clients needs, concerns and objectives
- participate in pricing
- attend industry functions such as association events and conferences and provide feedback and information on market trends
- identify opportunities for campaign services and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
- submit weekly progress reports and forecast sales targets
The total salary will be divided by
- basic salary
- Bonus
- Profit Sharing
The basic salary will be around 180 - 240'000.- Rmb. on a yearly base.
This person can be based in any first and second thier city in China.
