HR Internship
at Link Group 360 in Shanghai
What you will learn
As HR intern you will learn how to effectively interview potential talents, how to recognize their competences, how to link these to the current open job positions and available internship programs at LINK Group. Besides, intern will gain knowledge in organizing and holding trainings for the employees.
Duties and Responsibilities
Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants
Allocate human resources, ensuring appropriate matches
Provide current and prospective employees with information about job duties and working conditions,
Serve as a link between management and employees by helping resolve work-related problems
Implement strategic organizational change to increase productivity
Requirements and Skills
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel and skills in database management and record keeping
Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels
Organizational skills and the ability to understand detailed information
Written and verbal communication is an essential skill
Problem solving and conflict management skills
